These are one of my all-time favorite cookies!!! I won't tell you how many I ate.
Preheat oven to 350
In mixing bowl:
1/2 cup butter (I take it straight from the fridge and put it in the bowl and beat it up)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packedbrown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
Mix well.
Add:
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
Add dry ingredients:
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
Mix like crazy. I let Brackon crank it up. I don't think you can mix it too much. I use the little muffin pans and roll into little balls. You should be able to use the whole mixture for 24 cookies. Cook them for 10 minutes or so, just until they start to turn brown. While they are cooking, you can unwrap 24 Reese's and have them ready to put in when your brown "balls" come out! Let cool a bit and then twist to get them out of the pan. Cool on rack and serve with cold milk!! To die for!
I am kinda stingy cuz this was the only cookie Brackon got, this one and one bite of the very last cookie! :) Let's just say I have a way of hiding my favorites! ...I don't want to rot his teeth, just mine!
Reese's Peanut Butter Cookies!! YUM!
Shell, do you think this hair can wait for you until the end of February?! At least it isn't in his eyes! :)
