2 and 5

these boys are simply awesome
i love waking up to them jumping on me in bed
brackon is 5.
he's in karate (hence the "anza" position)
he wants to become a black belt
his dreams change often, so we'll see.
he's also in swimming lessons
doing very well
last week they took them to jump off the diving board
i was way scared
it didn't even faze him
he just jumped right of the board, i mean the board bounced!
today when he jumped off, he must have started trying to swim before he came up because he was under there for a while. (video coming...)
he starts kindergarten this fall
he is super excited for the baby to come
he'll tell me to open my mouth so he can talk to the baby...
he says, "kick me baby"
i was telling him how much time i'm going to have to spend with the baby and asked him if he could help me. i told him the baby may not sleep very much at night and asked if he'd get up with the baby in the middle of the night... he said, "oh, but i just get so tired"
i said, "i'll get up with him..."
he said, "but i'll help you in the day!"
such a great helper
today i had him vacuum the stairs
can i tell you how awesome that was?!

he loves dishing it out and can take it pretty well too.

a little slow on the talking
his latest is gum (a.ka. bum)
he said baby the other day
as i was getting the babies car seat washed up he really wanted to leave, i told him the carseat was for the baby, so he went and got his baby and put it in the carseat. oh boy!
"ohm" is still ouch
eat and please sound way to much alike.
"boo" is still book
he can say car but prefers to say "mmmm"
he is started to really like the "poo" (pool)
he jumps in to me (the first time we went swimming, he didn't even get wet)
i have to watch him because he'll jump when i'm not watching.
so much fun.
