it's been a whirlwind year for us
at the beginning of the year, bayer told dusty that his position was going away
he had until august to find a new position
he interviewed and interviewed
he turned down one opportunity in hopes that he'd get another (within the company)
and that one didn't work out
so, after gray was born (august), he went back to work
and still had a job.
interesting.
how does that work?!
needless to say, they've changed things up a bit and are now closing 2 of the 4 regional offices
dusty's office is closing the 31st of january
so that leaves us looking yet again.
only this time, we're pretty sure they'll hold to their word.
he's had countless interviews and we're still holding on to faith...

I've just been catching up on all your pictures, and your boys are seriously SOO handsome! What a beautiful family you have. Good luck with job hunting. Keep the faith. That is a trial! Have you thought about working for Walmart headquarters? :) That would be you to our neck of the woods!!
